Designate three more housing plots for three more villagers, at a rate of one new villager per real-world day. Wait for Tom Nook to announce the Upgraded Resident Services building, then wait a real-world day for it to be completed.
After you’ve accomplished these necessary steps, you can buy Bell Vouchers from the Nook Stop for 500 Nook Miles a pop.
